I started looking for a definition of happiness in the dictionary first. It is most commonly defined as a quality or state of being happy, or feelings of pleasure, joy, exhilaration, bliss, contentedness, delight, enjoyment or satisfaction. Sounds pretty straight forward, right? But why does it normally take us so long to find it?
My searching for the happiness started last year when everything in my life started crumbling down. Everything that I have been working so hard for weren’t bringing me happiness and joy anymore. At that point I didn’t really know what the true happiness really was. So I lived with my definition of happiness, which was defined by achievements and material goods.
I though that moving to London straight after graduating from high school, would make me happy. I was pushing myself through my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Financial Management, a new business venture and even a marriage hoping that these things will bring me happiness and joy. Sadly, they didn’t. Instead, I was more confused and lost. My days were rolling by and that happiness that I was seeking for was nowhere to be found. Even though I started exploring different meditation practices during my university years, I have never felt that incredible shift towards enlightenment that everyone has been talking about. Meditation helped to clear my mind, but I always felt that something was still missing. Theta Healing has brought me the biggest transformation, which I couldn’t have even imagined of having.
So what is Theta Healing?

Whenever I would start creating a project, which could lead me to this dream business, I would sabotage it, by procrastination, excuses that I don’t have enough time, resources or even enough knowledge. The underlying issue for this situation was never a lack of time or resources. I feared rejection, judgment, negative opinions from others and that not everyone was going to like the message I wanted to share with the world. All these negative patterns, beliefs and fears got cleared during one of the Theta Healing sessions and replaced with the empowering belief downloads.
